Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders arrive within 11–15 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-order volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• With original tags and packaging attached

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.

Return Shipping

Refunds
